Yoga in the Park extended shut down.

Yoga in the Park extended shut down. As many of you know I have been dealing with a sciatica issue for some time. I have been scheduled for surgery in mid October, while it should be minimally invasive it will still require a bit of time for recovery. I don’t want to do another start and stop. At the moment I believe this will take me out till at least December. I will update you all after the surgery and hopefully we will get restarted before the new year.

Yoga classes on hold till October!

As I have mentioned to several of you, I will be spending a few weeks with my grandson while my wife and daughters are traveling to Italy. During this period I will be unable to teach yoga so all classes will be on hold till October. Additionally I will be seeing a few doctors this week to set a date for back surgery to address my sciatica issues, I had planned to teach Monday Sept 11th & Thursday the 14th, but I feel I need to give the body a bit of a rest. I will update you all when we can start classes again.
