Yoga in the Park March 25th

First day back to yoga today after a long recovery, so great to have my daughter Teresa and Cameron out to help me along.

Yoga in the Park starts back tomorrow, Saturday March 25th! Looks like some nice Spring weather to get our class restarted with. No rain and no wind, just lots of Sun Shine, I hope I see you all back out tomorrow. 8am as always, maybe a bit softer than normal, but lots of great work.

Yoga Classes to restart March 25th!

I plan to restart classes for Yoga in the Park on Saturday, March 25th. I am making progress on my recovery and barring some kind of a setback things look good for the 25th. I may not be at full strength and my form may be off a bit, but I feel much better and have gotten a good start back at my own practice. I hope I see you all on the 25th! Carl
