Yoga in the Park, regular schedule for New Years week!

There is class on Monday, New Years Eve day and New Years Day, both at 8am as always! If you have set a goal for 2019 to get in shape, don’t let the first day of the New Year slip away, join us for a strong power yoga class and start the work.
