A foggy Saturday morning at Yoga in the Park!

New Years schedule, 8am as always!

There will be Yoga in the Park Saturday and on Monday New Year's Day at 8am! So, we have a full schedule next week. Start the New Year out right make the class a regular commitment. I hope I see you all at class, but, if not, have a great New Year's Holiday!

Tuesday Dec 26th Yoga in the Park canceled!

I need to cancel Tuesdays class due to illness. My grand daughter passed along a not to nice cold that has left me with no voice, sorry for the late notice, hopefully I will be back on Thursday, Stacy teaches Wednesday.

Holiday Yoga, All classes as usual accept on Christmas Day, No class Christmas Day!

Join us tomorrow Saturday December 23rd for Yoga in the Park for our pre Christmas yoga, 8 am as always. There is no class on Monday December 25th, but all other classes are as usual, including our New Years Day class at 8am on Jan 1st!
