Beautiful day after the storm, solid class with lots for great work. Some people think it will be cold, it almost never is when the sun is out, just a perfect today!

Yoga in the Park for Monday Jan 25th is moved to Tuesday Jan 26th due to weather!

The projection for Monday is Gale force winds, very cold and rain. As most of you know if you attend Yoga in the Park, cold wind is the worst, we are on a point that always gets the brunt of the wind. Besides dealing with cold, trying to keep mats on the ground becomes almost impossible. The weather should improve by Tuesday I hope you will join me Tuesday Jan 26th, 8am as always.
