After missing Thursday's class due to a bout of Kidney Stones, all is good and I will be back teaching this Saturday, Sept 26th. I hope I see you all out at the Park!

Thursday's Sept 24th's class is canceled.

Starting to clear up, some blue sky and a lot less smoke. Still warm but a really nice day for our practice.
