Sunday in the Park, Yoga in the Park Great morning, nice cloud cover, cool and dry. Small class, but we had a great time and worked hard.

Yoga in the Park, Carl will be teaching tomorrow, Sunday!

Alenka is on vacation tomorrow, so I will be teach her class tomorrow at 8am. I hope I see some new faces as well as all of my regulars. The weather is much cooler, we are starting to get into a nice Fall feeling. Come start your Sunday out right, no better place than the beauty of our Montage public park. Carl
