Special New Years Eve Day and New Years Day Yoga classes!
To close 2013 and to start 2014, I am having two special classes for Yoga in the Park. Both classes will be 2 hours classes, still starting at 8am, but lasting till 10am. We will have lots of solid work and we will go where we have not for a while. Come help me close 2013 and don’t miss the opportunity to start 2014 out right.
For those of you who have not been out for a while, make the effort, don’t miss this opportunity to put yourself on a solid path to health and happiness. As most of us learn in life, you need to put yourself out there, show up, be present, and do the work! It is never to late, but you need to start.
I hope I will see you all out at Yoga in the Park. If not I will wish you all now a Happy New Year, stay safe, and I will see you in the New Year.

Yoga in the Park Christmas Schedule!
Classes will be Monday, Tuesday (Christmas Eve day), Thursday and Saturday. All at 8am, all at the Montage Public park(Treasure Island park). There is no class on Wednesday, Christmas Day!
I hope I will see you all next week, especially Christmas Eve Day, it is a great way to start this special Holiday!

Yoga in the Park is back on schedule starting Monday Dec 16th!!!
I am fully better now and all classes will be back on schedule starting Monday. It has gotten a lot warmer so it should be great for our yoga. I hope you will all be back starting Monday!

Yoga in the Park classes canceled through the weekend!
The good news is I did get to my doctor today and he has me on a strong antibiotic, so I am on the mend. For those of you that have taken my classes for awhile, you have seen me deal with this problem in the past and it always takes me out for awhile. My plan is to start classes again on Monday December 16th. I am sorry for the break in our classes, but if I start back too soon, it will just take longer to get better.
I hope you all have a good week and can keep your practice going though other classes.
