Yoga in the Park - The Teacher Those of you who come to my class have had my camera turned on you many of times and seen those photos posted here for all of you. This last Saturday and Monday I had the pleasure of having one of my students, Charles/(Lizhong Hu from China) train his camera on me, so for all of you that wondered what I was doing while you all were focused and trying to master the poses, here is a look at your instructor, far from perfect, but truly focused on our yoga. We all work hard, and that is what keeps our class small, most people don't want to work this hard. There is a reason that my wife calls it Boot Camp Yoga! But if you want to change your body, free your mind and enjoy our unique studio, this can be yoga at its best!
