Carl Brown will be teaching tomorrow, Wednesday!

Carl will be teaching Wednesday at Yoga in the Park! Lindsey will be out again this week as she is still recovering from a sore back. Look for her to be back next Wednesday. We have been blessed with wonderful mornings lately, so if you have not been out it is time to come back. I hope I see you all at yoga soon! Like
